Rocks Rocks Rocks!

My Dad and I built a rock wall. My Mom helped a little. We went and got a whole bunch of rocks. My job was to pick out the best rocks and have my Mom and Dad carry them to the trailer. I also found some ants. They didn't bite me, because they were nice ants.

Here is the wall, all done.

There are stairs for me to climb on. It is a lot of fun to jump off the wall!

Iris' Blessing

So on Sunday, Iris was blessed at church.

Mom made a bunch of food, and a cake, and a bunch of people came to our house. I was pretty sure it was my birthday. Even when Mom told me it wasn't my birthday, I thought she was just messing with me. Turns out it wasn't my birthday. Just Iris' blessing day.

My Tutu knitted Iris' dress.

And she knitted that blanket for my blessing day. I didn't want Iris to use it, since she is a girl, and that is a boy blanket. Mom said that it's a boy AND girl blanket.

So I shared with my sister. Because I love her.

My New Baby Sister... belated

So last month on the 25th my Mommy had our baby!

My Mommy's tummy was sooooo big!

The baby was born in a big pool in our living room.

And I was there to watch and to help.

When she came out, we were all so happy! (The water is green because of some ginger tea the midwives put into it!)

It was a baby girl, and we named her Iris.

A bunch of our family came to see the baby be born!

Here is my grandma Margo, my grandpa Eric, and my mom's friend Susan.

I sure like my sister!

This is the midwife Valerie, weighing my baby. She weighed 8 pounds, seven ounces! That is over a pound bigger than I was!

Here is Iris, one day old.

I decided since she was one day old it was time for me to hold her. (I didn't really want to hold her before, I was pretty tired.)

Now I hold her a lot and she and I do a lot of stuff together.

I'm sure glad to have a sister!

Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam!

To shine for him each day!

Today was my very first day of Sunbeams! I got to go to big boy Primary, and my teacher is Sister Kunz, and I didn't sing, I was very quiet.

Merry Christmas!

We had Christmas again!

On Christmas Eve, I got to open my Christmas pajamas!

My baby got a stroller for Christmas, and I practiced pushing it, because that is the big brother's job.

My Dad and I got lightsabers for Christmas! (He's Anakin, I'm Luke)

I also got a Batman blanket!

My Uncle Scott's doggy Duke was with us for Christmas. He got a bone!

Merry Christmas!
